Beginning December 1, 2009, the Federal Trade Commission started requiring bloggers, twitterers and others online to disclose whether or not we were receiving freebies, money, gifts and the like whenever we “endorsed” products and companies. This likely includes affiliate links, which I do use from time to time. Therefore, consider this my official “I might be getting paid if you click this link and purchase something from them” notice.

The obvious such link is our Headway Themes graphic. I am, afterall, a Headway designer and highly recommend its use. Another link you may see frequently on here will be Tri-Penguin Media. Those aren’t really affiliate links. They are just links that go to the website where I advertise my webdesign service. There may be other affiliate links every now and then, so just to be safe, assume I may be receiving some form of compensation, likely nominal in nature.
